I called about my toilet running and they sent someone out the same day. Aughey came and he was great. He explained everything he was doing. He was very friendly. My issue was fixed that day. I would definitely be calling them again if I have any plumbing, heating or cooling issues.
Very responsive and accommodating. I was able to secure a same day appointment. We worked with Dino and he was knowledgeable and professional. He was an exceptional communicator and was thorough in his explanation of things. Dino was understanding of our unique circumstances and went out of his way to be as flexible as he could. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we received. It was only my first time using MarGo but seems to be an all around solid company.
