The repair technicians Adam and Rocco did an excellent job repairing my HVAC system and were a pleasure to work with. Adam was very informative and stepped me through his diagnosis of the system problem and explained what he would do to repair it. He provided much information about my system and suggested many ideas for me to run the system more efficiently. All and all Adam and Rocco provided exemplary service. Margo's back office support is among the best I have ever experienced. I was informed about my appointments, the progress of the technicians en route to my home, multiple follow ups on my option of the service provided - all encounters were very positive and beyond expectations
I would up engaging them to maintain my system on a regular basis and could not more pleased

This past weekend we learned that our water heater needed to be replaced. At first, we decided to go with a different company to replace it, but they insisted that we needed a contractor to remove a door frame to be able to remove our old water heater and install the new one. After they left and I scrambled to find a contractor that could help us in a timely manner (it had been 3 days without hot water at this point), I decided to reach out to MarGo for a second opinion as they had been highly recommended by a trusted friend. They were able to have a team arrive within 45 minutes. The team (Joe Aughey and Harown) were absolutely wonderful. I love that they wore booties in our house over their shoes to keep our carpets clean. They were so knowledgeable, polite, and thorough and were able to assess our situation and were 99% positive that we did not need to remove the door frame to be able to replace the water heater. Also, they informed us that if they needed to cut any of the walls they could and would let us know before proceeding. We were able to set the appointment up for the next day. On replacement day they arrived promptly and prepared all the areas of the house they needed to walk through with drop cloths so that everything was kept clean. They worked almost the entire day and were able to remove and install our new water heater without any need for cutting walls. I'm so thankful for that. They cleaned up after the job too. It was more expensive going this route compared to the first company, but for us it was completely worth it. Not having to find and pay a contractor possibly saved us money, but definitely saved us stress. I honestly have never met plumbers that were this knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to explain everything and make sure all of our questions were answered. I did not feel as if I was a burden to them and I felt very safe with them in my house. I highly highly recommend MarGo plumbing and will be repeat customers for other plumbing needs in the future. I'm glad to know that I can request both Aughey and Harown again! They are absolute gems.
