MarGo and the crew are outstanding.
Over the past two years, I've worked with them on several occasions, and every single time—whether it's scheduling with Sue or servicing with Adam and Mike—the experience has been pleasant and professional. I really appreciate their sense of urgency and, more importantly, their honesty. They never try to upsell or push unnecessary fixes. They always take the time to explain what's going on, provide clear recommendations, and help me, as a homeowner, prioritize what plumbing or HVAC work truly needs attention.
Here are just a few examples of their exceptional service:
• Two years ago, my old central HVAC system broke down during the peak of summer. Despite their busy schedule, MarGo was able to fit me in a few days later (due to needing to order a new unit). To keep me comfortable in the meantime, they loaned me three portable AC units—free of charge—for the days between my initial call and the installation. The install itself was smooth and efficient, led by Mike and Adam and supported by a great crew.
• Toilet replacement: When I had a leaking old toilet, Adam explained all the available options clearly and helped me decide what made the most sense for my situation.
• Emergency repair during a heat wave: When my new HVAC stopped working, I called at 6:30 PM. By 8:00 PM, Mike was at my door, quickly identifying and replacing a faulty capacitor. No hassle about warranty status—just prompt, no-nonsense service.
These guys are amazing. I wish every home service provider operated like them. MarGo is my gold standard for great service.

Working with MarGo was a very positive experience. All interactions--whether it was with Caitlyn, Mike, Adam or Rocco--were professional, courteous, responsive and thorough. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with regular updates, reminder calls, etc. to stay on track. The HVAC installation took a full day, but it went off without a hitch. MarGo is not the least expensive option, but as they say, you get what you pay for. If professionalism, communication, competence, and customer service are important to you, MarGo delivers.
