Joe Aughey did a phenomenal job! He explained why and what he did, and triple-checked all the parts and connections until he was satisfied that there were no leaks and everything was working properly.
I have been using MarGo for my heating and cooling systems for the past 3 years. They are the best to work with. Mike explains everything to me in a way I understand. I recommend them all the time because the quality can't be beat.
We just had Aughey here today. First time I had met him although we have been using this company for many many years and have ALWAYS been happy with them and pretty much all of their employees. Well I just need to give a special shout out because Aughey was one of a kind: intelligent, knowledgeable, well spoken - he just represented the company so well. We didn't have a major job this time (yay!!), but sometimes you just get a sense about someone. Not only will I of course continue using this company, but I think next time I might see if Aughey is available.

My technician was Joe Aughey who is quite professional and provides great details and options if needed. What I like about MarGo Plumbing, are their service providers, Adam, Mike, Aughey and Brandon. Each technician are very knowledgeable in their respective areas. They're on time and you get a call from the home office to advise you your technician's name and that they're on their way to your house. They put on shoe covers and always clean up after themselves.

Aughey was incredibly professional and his knowledge and skills were on full display during his time here. He helped me think through some other possible future plumbing problems as well, which was great to strategize. I have used Mar Go Plumbing for over a decade, and every technician is excellent. Joe owner still shows up to the worksite to make sure everything goes smooth. Thank you for another amazing job.!
I do not leave public reviews but this time is worth it. Free estimate, very detailed on the type of job being done. Kept me informed every step of the way. Very professional, approachable and understanding of my lack of knowledge about plumbing. Joe helped me deal with the town and a broken water meter. Joe and Mike left the sections they worked on cleaner than how they found them. I am really happy about the quality of their work.
