Moe and Dino and their respective crews were on time and very easy to work with.
MarGo is not the cheapest, but every time they have been to my house they have been incredibly honest and knowledgeable. They spend time to explain everything and consistently do excellent work. Today Dino P and Mike C replaced my water heater. They were so careful and thoughtful to keep my home clean and undamaged. I was so impressed with their methodical work. They ran into an issue with my plumbing needing an unconventional fitting and were able to have a part in their warehouse brought over by another employee. Another company would likely throw up their hands and tell me they couldn't work in my non-standard plumbing. I only heard about it after the job was done. Maybe I could have paid less to someone else, but I would rather pay to work with someone who I know will get the job done right.
Moe and Margo Plumbing installed and service our boiler and water heater. They are skilled and such a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them.
There is a reason that this company has such a high rating, they are professionals. They asked to come earlier than scheduled which is far better than waiting all day. Brandon spent quite a bit of time giving our steam boiler the attention that it never had before. He was polite and answered everyone of my numerous questions while doing an excellent job. This is exactly the type of service that I was looking for. Our steam heater is running better than when it was installed nine years ago.

1/1/26-1/2/26: woke up on NYD to no heat; within 2 hours of my text and some troubleshooting, Joe was at my house checking the system; he was able to get it running but some parts needed replacing which Adam did on 1/2. And then Kaitlyn called me today to follow up, making sure everything was working. The care and quality of work by the people at MarGo gives me confidence to recommend them always.
10/29/25 Moe was here today to do the fall tune up…and as always service was great. He explained what he was doing, checked filters…so all good for the winter. 9/25/25 I can always count on MarGo…long story short, the dryer duct was not attached to the dryer vent in the roof…one company quoted me $1800 to align the duct which included removing what is there, replacing it and cleaning up; someone suggested I check with my HVAC company and I'm glad I did…great job done by Moe for way less; I love that I get before and after pictures so I understand what he did.
7/9/25 Had a clogged drain today and of course called MarGo after my attempts didn't work…ends up I have to be thankful for the clog because Dino P checked all the sink pipes and sump pump to find the sump pump fried itself! The water was so high that the next rainstorm would have almost definitely caused it to overflow into my basement. Mike C explained that it fried itself because it kept going for power which threw the breaker. As always, their service was terrific…they cleaned up and made sure I understood the alarm system for the sump pump. I have now been using MarGo for over 5 years for HVAC and plumbing and I will continue to recommend them to friends and neighbors.
I have been using MarGo for my heating and cooling systems for the past 3 years. They are the best to work with. Mike explains everything to me in a way I understand. I recommend them all the time because the quality can't be beat.
Margo is always top notch. Moe the service tech was great. Walked me through every step, and explained his findings and got our heat back on.
