It's very nice to be kept informed with updates from a representative of the company. The day before and the day of the appointment. Another call to let me know that the technician has finished his previous job and should be at my house in do many minutes. The job took as long as expected. A full review of what was done during the maintenance process and how to maintain my heating system going forward. No mess left behind by a very curtious and professional person. Just great service without any headache.

Xavier and his team were wonderful to work with. Joe, the owner, made our water heater replacement happen same day and they were all extremely professional, thorough and prompt. We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

We have been customers of Margo Plumbing for many years. Joe and Jessie are the best! They are knowledgeable, professional and clean. I love those little blue booties! I always request Jessie. He is also thoughtful, kind and considerate. They are trustworthy! I have left them alone in my house to do the work. They always come over A.S.A.P.

Update November 2021: After moving into our house we had an annual maintenance review of our furnace & HVAC system and given the age of the furnace made the decision to replace it this year. Mike at MarGo was super informative and helpful in working with us to come up with the right solution for our home. He worked relentlessly to source the equipment that we needed in order to make sure everything was installed before the coming winter. On the day of installation Mike & his team worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly and that they were able to complete the job in the timeframe originally communicated. As usual Sue & Mary are always a pleasure to deal with as well. Would highly recommend MarGo and will gladly use them again. Thank you!
Previous Review 2020: I called MarGo plumbing after having issues with water pressure in our new house. From the initial discussion with Sue on the phone to the execution of the repairs by Xavier I couldn't be happier with them. Sue patiently explained all of the services that the company performs and was able to schedule someone to come out to see what the issue was. Xavier was professional and quickly identified the issue and proposed a solution. The work required coordination with the city in order to complete and he handled everything from start to finish. He also went above and beyond and explained what needed to be done in easy to understand language. As a new homeowner I really appreciated their help and would definitely recommend them.
