Great experience. MarGo was incredibly responsive. The AI assistant that took the call was one of the best experiences I have had. Got a call back right away and scheduled next day. Dino did a great job on the work. He explained a couple options and then went over everything when it was over. The work was excellent. I would totally recommend MarGo to anyone.
Moe really spent the time to explain everything he was doing. We're new home owners and he went out of the way to show us around the house and how everything worked. Thank you Moe!
MarGo plumbing is great! Appreciate the text before the appointment with a picture of the technician! Dino P. was professional and very knowledgeable explaining before he began the work and after regarding my tankless water heater. Highly recommend both MarGo and Dino.

As per usual, MarGo does a fantastic job of efficiently taking care of an issue I am having. Dino took the time to explain the issue, what the fix would be, and then took care of it. I've been using their services for years, and will continue to do so!

Mike was a fantastic technician who came in, diagnosed everything and fixed the issue on site. He gave us all the info we needed, documented the issue and then followed up with us in the morning
Edit: About one year later I called up Margo again. This time Dino helped us out by replacing our pressure valve and a whole house flush. Dino went above and beyond and even noticed our water pressure was much lower than it should be and increased it. Now my showers are much better!

I had a plumbing issue regarding my toilet, pipes and values … Joe and Moe came right away to rectify the issue … they were very knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, neat and friendly … even though they were higher priced than I would have liked, I felt secure and confident that the job was done right … I would definitely use them again and highly recommended them !
