Dino was patient, made recommendations, explained the process, and answered all questions. Dino and Brandon arrived timely and worked to replace wash basin, shut-off valve, and outdoor spigot. Joe A. did an excellent job. He was personable and offered some sound advise on repairs. The work he did on our pipe looks great and he left the area was clean. I would recommend Margo Plumbing.
Both of the guys from MarGo who looked at my broken central AC were very nice. However, I was told it would need more than a few thousand dollars worth of Freon, a new capacitor and take a few hours. They recommended a full system replacement instead for more than $13K.
Called someone else and the same capacitor issue was diagnosed. It was replaced for $345 in 20 minutes and my air has been ice cold for the last month and should continue to be in the future.
I also asked about replacing my water heater, which is due. I was quoted at $3,600 which is about $1,500 more than 2 other quotes I received.
All this for $159. I'm sure they're great and super qualified, but apparently so are others for less.

- I called for an estimate at a previous address ~10 years ago but we have never done business. You were called this time because there was a sticker from the previous owner on my unit. Thought I'd give the local guy a call again.
- Your guy assured me refrigerant was needed. We had a discussion about it leaking out and if it could've been inhaled. He quoted me based on the age of the unit.
- Your guy offered the quote because it didn't seem to make sense to spend thousands on a repair given the unit's age. I said "sure, why not?"
- I was considering purchasing a warranty and merely inquired. Your quote was the first I received. Nobody was doing it for less until I called someone else. (And no warranty was involved).
- Thanks for the info. on permits, etc. - well aware. If you're saying your base price is $2,300 then that isn't shown on your quote, wasn't explained and is still more expensive than 2 other quotes received.
- Not trying to ruin anyone's business, but it seemed worth it to share my experience.

Joe A and Rocco had just installed two toilets on my third floor. The job was done thoroughly and seamlessly. Joe walked me thru what/how the job will be done on his previous visit. I couldn't say enough of my appreciation. Highly recommended!
