Just had a new 40 gal hot water heater installed. Dino and Rich showed up right on time and the installation was excellent! Will certainly call MarGo for any future plumbing needs.
Richie S was a great tech. Came out, diagnosed A/C issue quickly, quoted the price, and made the repair professionally. Thoroughly explained everything, instilling confidence that it's been handled properly.
Excellent, prompt and efficient service. Jesse and Joe could not be more helpful and responsible. Not an inexpensive company, but worth it. I recommend them without reservation.

I'm a dumb landlord and these people make me feel like I'm getting a fair shake. They ain't cheap by any means, but still. They've come out a few times for me. Sometimes it's just a small thing and they don't rob you. That'll make you call back. Mike B. came out this time - super nice, he patiently explained the issue to me. Sue - the lady on the phone - is really nice and plumbing-smart too (Girl power!)
Mike and Richie showed up on time and the minute they showed up, the level of professionalism, knowledge of the products and the patience to answer our 100 plus questions. We had our whole central unit give out after 37 years. We just bought our place in Cedar Grove and knew it was days before we needed replace and upgrade. Well that time came and went. From the time of initial visit, to selecting the cooling solution and getting the crew in and out, pretty much was a breeze. We have had some bad experiences as many have with contractors in the past, and even using the big names like Home Depot did not improve the experience. Mar Go from the get go to the receptionist who took my first call, to Joe calling back to assure we got a response and a follow up to his teams visit. After we gave the go ahead, the level of professionalism from Joe and his team was at the upmost top level. It gave us confidence again that there are good Contractors out there who really strive to do a great job. Its not about taking my money and leaving. The experience was so non invasive to our daily lives, I almost did not want them to finish. They had become a permeant fixture to our family now and I was not going to let them go so easily. Mike and team went above and beyond in my terms. They took care of the central air, put in a new and rock star water heating system, fixed our low water pressure issues and put in a t-line to assure we would get hot water in the first 3 seconds of the pour from any sink. I am a business owner in service and sales. I have tip my hat so to speak to another sales and service driven organization that WOWED me. MarGo Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. They were very professional from scheduling the appointment to all my encounters at our condominium. Jeese was very courteous and always made me feel like he cared. I would recommend MarGo plumbing and they will definitely be the first place I call.

Jesse came to our house to replace an outdoor spigot and install a second spigot on the other side of the house. He was friendly, efficient, neat, and thorough.
