Highly recommend MarGo and their services. We had a leaking disposal with water damage that needed an immediate fix. They sent over Dino who was everything you could hope for when this kind of problem occurs. He was punctual, incredibly respectful of our household (baby + dog), wore a mask. He was so thorough and patient in explaining (multiple times) what the problem was and his recommendation to fix it. He walked us through the pricing and repair, and even flagged an additional cost/recommendation midway through his work so we felt there was the utmost transparency. He finished in a timely manner and was helpful every step of the way.
You should ONLY use MarGo and you should ask for Dino.

I called MarGo on a Saturday afternoon for a clogged sink and got a callback right away. They were able to schedule me for Monday morning and arrived first thing. The technician, Xavier, explained every step of the process to me - what they were going to do, what my options were, etc. It turned out to be more than a clog and required replacing an old pipe that had closed up over many years, but fortunately they were able to start immediately and everything was resolved by lunch.
They provided a detailed estimate and there was no pressure to proceed if I didn't want to. But I have dealt with MarGo before and have always been completely satisfied with their work and was happy to have them start right away. Once they were done Xavier once again walked me through everything they did, the price breakdown, and just as importantly he provided advice on how to avoid my sink/disposal getting clogged again. The fact that all MarGo techs are always willing to share advice and knowledge of preventive maintenance, rather than just sell you services after something breaks, goes a long way and is why I trust them and call them first.
The worst time to contact any company is when you have an emergency. I originally thought I had a problem with my HVAC system and called and spoke to a few companies including Margo. I initially spoke to Sue. She was very helpful and got me an appt for the next day. After some investigation with PSEG it turned out to be something else. But I still kept my appt because I haven't had the HVAC system maintained since we moved in late 2019. Sue helped me changed to a maintenance visit. She was also very clear on rates which I appreciated. Sue called me the next morning to tell me Mike was in the way. Mike arrived shortly after. His van was clearly from Margo and he had a clean uniform with his name. He manner was professional. He he had to replace some parts in the outdoor condenser, but thank goodness nothing major. Mike was very informative and explained everything he was doing and also celar on pricing. He wore a mask and had shoe covers. And bonus he liked my dogs! Very happy with my experience with Margo. I feel like a valued customer. and if I do have any problems I feel like I can count on Margo to help.
They were very prompt and professional throughout., A service appointment was scheduled for the same day. The technician (Xavier) was very courteous and professional, and explained very clearly what he was going to do. He found the source of the leak and fixed it with minimal impact. All expected work and associated costs were stated in advance.
I have used MarGo Plumbing's services for multiple jobs around my house and would not hesitate to do so again.
Sue set up my appointment with ease over the phone. Communication was great. Mike came to repair and did a great job on gutting our toilet and replacing all internals. Price ok. Will use them again.
Super fast response time and wonderful customer service. Our hot water heater broke at 9 am and they were there 11 am with a new one installed and running before 2. Very responsive, professional and helpful.
