The technician was polite and respectful. He completed the work efficiently. My only concern was that he was wearing his face covering below his nose. However I did ask him to cover his face completely which he did so without incident.
Prompt and professional service. Always extremely careful and clean. When you call, the woman on the phone is so nice. Mike even brought my dog a treat. Such good people.
Adam came to fix our broken AC yesterday and he was on time and polite. He took COVID precautions with a mask and booties and examined our system. He explained the issue clearly and laid out our options, and fixed the system within an hour!
