The first hot day of the year and our AC didn't turn on. I called MarGo and Sue helped me right away. A technician was in the area and was able to stop by. Adam and his assistant, Brandon figured out the problem immediately. I was eternally grateful - my family was uncomfortable in the heat with no air and we finally had relief. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about our systems and put us at ease. I signed up for the heating and cooling plans and I'm no longer concerned should anything malfunction again. I'm grateful to Adam - he's a real professional.
