Mike called prior to his arrival and arrived in the time he said he would. From the moment he stepped foot into my home, his expertise and professionalism was evident. He reviewed each task I needed completed and clearly explained what had to be done for each one. He wore shoe covers to protect my floors, and laid a drop cloth in front of the sink to catch any debris. Everything I asked for was completed in a reasonable time and I couldn't be happier. The quality of work, Mike's knowledge, courteousness and professionalism are to be commended. I would recommend Mike and Margo Plumbing, without hesitation, to anyone in need of plumbing service. Joe, Jesse, and Mike have all come out for jobs at my house and they are all knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. They are good people and I always feel like they are looking out for my best interest. They are informative and give me options without pressure so that I can make the decisions that are best for me. They take the time to explain and show things to me, and give me tips on how to best maintain the work that was done. They are prompt and efficient. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied. Their prices are fair- and they always remind me to use my coupon!
