Jesse was a true professional and excellent plumber. He showed up on time, did not waste time and got right to work. He explained what he was doing and why. He didn't mind answering questions from us and his apprentice. He was very neat and told us if ever there was any problem to call him and he would take care of it. We have every confidence in his knowledge and experience. We would highly recommend him to others.

Jesse (technician) has performed several of the jobs at my home and is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the work and present the options. Great overall experience with Margo. We have worked with Margo a couple of times over the past 6 months and they are very experienced and knowledgeable. They are very detailed in their work and have excellent customer service. Their pricing was slightly less than some of the other companies we have talked with and their attention to detail and work ethic are second to none. Mike B. was great in diagnosing our issue and then spending as much time as was required to make sure we were happy and that the work they did was to our satisfaction. We had our boiler go out in early December and they came in the next business day, fixed our issue temporarily and then provided us with several options to resolve the issue permanently. Great team and you can't go wrong in working with Mike B @ Margo.
