Service Agreements

As a service agreement customer you will receive our value rate for all work performed on your home. For a nominal fee we will safety check your house on an annual basis. Our service technician will walk through your home inspecting your plumbing system and tighten any loose faucet handle, packing nut or other minor repair during the inspection process.

Each emergency shut-off under the sinks, toilets, water heater and main water shut-off will be tested to insure that they will operate in case of an emergency. Gas connectors will be inspected visually as well as any exposed piping. You will be shown where your emergency water and gas shut-off valves are located. We will check the most widely used fixture in the house, the kitchen faucet for leaks and corrosion. We will also grease your stems, cartridges and rubber seals for ease of operation and clean the aerators on all of your faucets throughout the house for proper water flow. We will inspect all toilets and tanks for any leaks and proper flushing action. We will check the water-measuring device for proper adjustment along with the flapper for a proper water seal.

The float ball, overflow tube and any linkage will be adjusted and set to the manufacturers specifications. Our service technician will check the water pressure on the incoming water line and make any necessary adjustments to your regulator. High water pressure will damage your water heater, fixtures and could cause a pipe to burst in the plumbing system. As an added bonus you will receive 10% off any work performed on the day of inspection. All value rate customers receive this preventative maintenance on their home so any small problems do not become big problems. No extra charges for night or weekend service calls.
